★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel but your slippers and shoes get in the room when you go to the bed because there is number dogs they play with your slippers and shoes and they damage them.
There is self service for drinking water .
Neat and clean rooms available in budget in online .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located close to the beach. Its an old building providing accommodation at a reasonable price. Its a peaceful place as the lane has got a dead end. This place has also got rooms in the basement. The guest house is generally preferred for small parties and attracts vizagites too. The rooms are spacious enough but the bed sheets and quilts are not up to the mark. There is limited parking available within the premises and the vehicles can also be parked on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated 2kms from the Beach Road. Spencers and other restraunts are situated within walkable diatance. Coming to guest house, the manager is very rude. They do not privide basic facilities like Towels, Soap or even blankets. One has to come down everytime they want something. We never expected such behavior from them. We were 5 people and booked 2 rooms. In GoIbibo the price was showing 700 per night while the offline price was 1800. When we negotiated about the price and booking it online, his behavior changed and he said if you book online you will get rooms in ground floor with only matresses that too in a cozy room. So we had to book offline. The rooms we got were spacious but the Ac was not working properly and instead of providing an extra bed they gave 1 matress and that too I had to carry myself till 2nd floor because their boys were busy. They only gave 2 towels for 2 rooms with 5 people. Atleast they could have given 2 towels for each room. Ac was very slow in cooling and we put that ON throughout the stay even when we were not in our rooms. They didn't even clean our rooms in 2 nights and to make things worse, water was also cut out on our last day. We had to fight with them and they arranges for water. They were very casual. So please do not even think of coming this Guest House: Bay Front Guest House.
