★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the lady at the reception will make u wait . They will not even offer you a place to sit. Then they will use water from the bucket to wash ur hair. And drop most of the water on u. Also will say their tap is not working so please adjust.pathetic service. I wish I could give negative stars.

Used a coupon from Near Buy on to calling at the salon for an appointment Ms Sanjana answered that I can redeem the coupon and gave an appointment and mentioned I can make the payment in cash at the salon itself..
when I reached the salon instead of greeting she said you are late and was rude..
I had redeemed INR 179 for manicure and pedicure each
The lady filled water in tub did not add cleaning agent in the water while cleaning nails of both hand and foot did not apply cream on Nails just managed with limited cream..
while cutting foot nails through the nails the tub itself and later asked me rip my feet in it during the service I noticed other staff members sitting and chilling around on client chairs
The lady spoiled my hand nails to a next level as she did round failing on right hand and square on the left had ask her to did again and again
The time to came for making the payment I approached Ms Sanjana asking her the total and said will make the payment through GPay she said no on asking why she mentioned I had told you get cash and I asked the issue if I gpay she said they pay GST and have excessed an amount so can’t take gpay latter gave someone a personal number and asked to pay on it
The air conditioner was also not working just main door was kept open no fans no ventilation
I had a plan to get one service as I going to salon but all of this changed my mind in few minutes when I entered..
My over all experiences from the time I stepped in and till I came out was horrible never visited a salon with such a rude unprofessional attitude
I never ever suggest some one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality and their service...even though the package is offered at cheap price their service is faster and faster..u won't even know wen it's over..no feel of relaxation..worst is the service wat asked for is never provided but accepting the mistake they charge extra too. It was my keratin treatment, as informed with the package price and with all the appointment they did kera smoothening and overcharged me too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done smoothing in bay leaf saloon I did not like the service they have burnt my hair on the same day they have done colour and smoothing after that also they have suggested me to do keratin then also I did not find any changes. I will not suggest any of my friend Worts experience
