It is a very good place but a little different from the highway and one has to cross the village to get on the highway, if there is a direct highway then it can be a icing on the road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a housing project by J M Deveopers and marketed by soft corner marketing Thane. the project has been ongoing for more than 4 years. it consists of seven three storey building and twelve bunglows. located in a mango orchard overlooking a small stream , morbe dam and chowk fort , the complex could have been one of the best residences in the locality. the location is well connected due to its proximity to old mumbai pune road, chowk railway station and karjat station which is ten Kms away. quality of construction is good but due to delay in completion , it has lost its appeal.
The possession for the third building flats is also handed over now.
The builder has done three good things while giving possesssion
1. Provision for PNG has been done with installation of gas meters .
2. Electricity meters are directly given on owners names .
3. Names have been added to property card of gram.panchatat.
Thesethree things give you relief from many visitis to grampanchaayt and other offices.
