★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered first time on bazaar fresh and I liked the way things getting handled. Nice to have good range of products to choose from. Only concern is price of items may be on a higher side a bit.apart from that good job

They can add some more product under the kitchen section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the online site. I stay in Delhi and during this period of COVID, had ordered fresh and dry rations for my old parents in Bhubaneshwar. First of all items as ordered were not delivered, secondly items were billed and not delivered, neither the money has been refunded. Seems the people here are only for cheating.. not at all recommended in case you are placing order for ur parents or family. Even the delivery boy kept the items in the ground floor when I had specifically mentioned the items to be delivered in first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give a 0 star for their service and staffs' behavior. I have been placing order with them since last year's lockdown. Their service has dramatically decreased over the last few months with staffs misbehaving and disconnecting calls if you even ask them to return a damaged quality product. I once asked them to return a poor quality mushroom as it was blackish in colour with bad smell which I had ordered for a patient. They took it to their ego and asked me to return the entire order. Then followed by a chain of follow ups for a mere return. Like why would you harass your customers like this? Their staffs stop picking up your calls for further orders if you ever return a single item in a span of over 8 months of shopping. Wow! No more the same store they were 8 months back. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Yes they did get in touch with me and assured me that the rotten items will be replaced. But after having waited for 5 days and several calls of following up from my side I was informed that the said items were not available to which I said I would then like a refund of the amount which they agreed to process. However, the refund has not been processed yet. Its been a very bad experience dealing with these guys. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Almost feel like you are being cheated. Also, the quantity of asparagus was less than what they had mentioned on the website but I had been charged the entire amount. If this isn't cheating I don't know what is. And I have been extremely patient in dealing with them to say the least. Never recommending them to anyone.
They sent stale and rotten vegetables. Had ordered for 250gms of peeled garlic and the garlic sent by them was rotten, slimy and spoilt. Very bad quality and stale vegetables sent. Tried calling them several times but Noone answered. Since it's home delivery you can't even pick the vegetables yourself and they send rotten stuff. Very bad service. The asparagus sent by them was also almost dry and dead. It wasn't fresh at all.

Appreciate that your delivery is fast.
Your staff members are really sweet and decent while talking.
Vegetable was first class and fresh.
But I won't ever order again.
Firstly the delivery cost is ₹39 even if cart value is more than 500. And trust me my location is just 2.5 km away from their shop. We literally live in same colony.
Secondly they show those product which is out of stock in their store. And this is ok as sometime this happens with every e commerce platform. But atleast replace with something which customer want. They called me what to replace with but they replaced with something/product which I repeatedly denied to.So I am sorry I won't order again.

They have been consistently delivering us with good quality fruits, diary and vegetables with proper safety and hygiene precautions.
