★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We picked BB Floors after seeing the good reviews however it was the worst decision. They don't even know how to apply wooden floors. First time they did, the flooring had gaps in between the floor and wooden tiles. They came after multiple follow ups and re did it, and still left one corner. Now after a week of calling them everyday and listening to their non stop excuses, they still haven't done anything.
No after sales services, no accountability of their work. If you choose BB Floors - be ready to run after them for months to get things done.
Mr.Prateek - Just creating a fancy showroom won't help, do the hardwork and start taking responsibility.
