★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with the staff named Mr. Amit Chakraborty.
Firstly I kept the items which i was purchasing on the counter table where he was billing other customer. I kept my purchase away from that person's items.
He was rude and told me not to keep it here and ordered me to pick it up in my hand.
I was ok with it and did not react.
But he was slow in billing the two customers purchases who was in front of me and suddenly took money of other counter customer(which the staff gave him) and started counting the cash making my as well as other customers (who were behind me) waiting time very much. This irated me And I asked him to bill my items asap to which he reacted rudely and he was speaking in a very provoking manner.
Due to such staffs the customer experience becomes zero and very bad.
I hope some action will be taken against him and he should be taught what customer service is.

A one stop place for all your daily need right from clothings groceries kitchen appliances furnitures , toiletries, etc.
If you are hungry while shopping there is small food court which will provide you quality eatables at a reasonable price.
You can reach here by taking an auto/to to from any stop in siliguri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor stocking of products. Difficult to find all that you need. Offers displayed not honored when billing. Children toy section had rat eaten toys, check pictures I have attached. Very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One can find each and every brand products. Parking is available. They have Ramph. So its it very useful for a wheelchair user. The best place for brand shopping. They have own one stop shop for your needs like foods, fashionable cloths, kitchen utensils, home decor, drinks items etc. Very clean and cool environment.
The food from the food court was very fresh and testy but menu item is limited.
