★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bblunt as a salon brand is pretty great. But my personal favorite is Bblunt worli branch. They are warm and courteous. Anahita Mistry gave me a haircut recently and she totally followed the brief I had for her. She's absolutely amazing. Thanks Bblunt for a new look

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good but unnecessarily over priced. I went to zenia a few times but then when my hair used to keep going flat by the end I stopped. Find out through other places as the pricing here makes no sense. Also, they keep changing it and are unsure about how much a I paid the previous time. There is no proper menu or price list which include taxes. It's all in all smokme and mirrors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I did not like the way my hair had been cut initially, with not even the basic trimming done properly, I was taken by surprise by the lengths to which the team went to make sure my issues were addressed and remedied. Soon after I expressed my disappointment on Facebook, I was astonished to receive a call from Ms. Naz and later Ms. Benaifer. Both of them were really polite and sweet, and promised that the Salon Stylist would hear me out and set the hairstyle right. Sure enough, Ms. Priya, the Salon stylist, put in a lot of effort and care in giving me a perfect hairstyle. Such exalted levels of effort and concern at maintaining customer delight and goodwill are truly hard to come by. Great job, Bblunt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stylist Shweta gave me a nice haircut, was friendly and the salon accommodated me despite not having an appointment. Salon experience was good. However, the prices on the website have not been revised and you end up paying more than you are prepared for which is misleading. The products used are the BBlunt products unlike the Loreal/Kerastase products which the regular BBlunt salons use or you have to pay more for them which I find strange and atypical of standards that BBlunt is known for.
Update: Salon is good for more premium services like hair straightening if you have Mahafrin as your stylist as she is experienced, will discourage you from the service if your hair is not in good condition and will genuinely help you in charting out a treatment plan without selling her salon services.
