★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a youtuber so i need internet without any losses but they are providing 100 of packet losses and in Asia ping always 250 above...if i call to the customer care no no one will pick the call and if fortunately pick the call then they will miss guide me by giving wrong information...first they take the complain of my ping issue then act like professsional company and they give complain id but within 2 to 3 days again message will come your problem is solved but no consult with customer no discussiom they solved but still i am facing problems and they told me solved...I want to switch to airtel or jio brodand but in barasat only bcn are available wow..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic. Post Amphan it has gone totally downhill. They're unresponsive, doesn't even bother to receive the call let alone solve your issues. Frequent disconnection has become a daily scenario now which is more frustrating in today's WFH scenario. Very unprofessional & rude behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear visitors, please don't take boardband connection from this cheater guy's. Their internet services half of time not working. They don't have power backup. Only they collect money from their customer & did not provide services. Even, this guy's don't know how to setup fiber connection & how to speak with customers. They are big cheater. Wrost internet service provider. They don't pick up call. I have already brunt my finger so please don't brunt your. Worst service provider I have ever seen. Cheater !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "No internet" happens very frequently with them. And when you are getting internet the speeds are very low. I have 60mbps unlimited connection maximum speeds I get is 10-13mbps. I have tried higher bandwidth plans but still I got the same speed. And if you get speeds more than 10-12mbps, I would say go buy lottery tickets cause this is your lucky day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are reluctant to solve the problems of customer. Even though they don't provide the information and updates of their paralyzed services during post Am Fun cyclone period. It is unfortunate that Barasat area has no other services provider so any one has no option to switch out. Hopeless situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasons to avoid BCN for internet service .
1) Their internet service is absolutely garbage . Worst speed , completely unreliable .
2) Staff's behaviour is not good . They don't think customer as a human.
3) Their technician has no clue if something complicated happens . They only know to do a speed test .
4) They charge a lot for the hardware . They sold an ONU for 1200 INR where you can buy the same model at 750 INR . The ONU they provided is absolutely garbage .
5) They don't have a power backup so if somehow their station faces a power cut your connection will turn off
At they end of the day please stay away from them their service is the most garbage service in Barasat .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service,worst internet service. I had to go to their office (3 km) to say my net plan has expired please renew and pay first before they activate my plan. They will not activated your plan if you say it over phone because they think you will runaway with their internet and you entire house and never pay.
