β β β β β Hello everyone I would like to inform you that please don't book with them because they are fraud and thief they damage my car as well as stolen its accessories also they are giving me false information about car delivery some how we managed to get it delivered but I would request each you please please don't book with them at all I'm also making a police complaint against them for the same because after all I have been told by them only for the police FIR they are not afraid of anyone .

β β β β β I booked my car with them for Orissa. The crooks moved it by road driving and carrying passengers. They even shamelessly left toll slips in car which their drivers paid enroute. On top of that Ashok Bansal the proprietor blackmail u for complete payment before you even see your car delivered. Kindly avoid any dealing with them.

β β β β β I got my car transported from Bangalore to Delhi with them. The person Pradeep who took the booking was friendly, but that is the only positive thing about them. The driver who came to pick the car asked for an extra Rs. 250/- for the pollution certificate. I found it a little weird since the car would be transported in a carrier and not driven, but still I gave the money to him. The pollution certificate normally costs Rs. 100/- When I got the car, there was no certificate purchased, so that money just went into his pocket.
I was told that the car would take 7-8 days to reach Delhi and that it would be ready for me when I land at the airport. Instead, they took 12 days to transport the car and I had to go to their office to pick the car which is in Gurugram and takes about an hour to reach. When I reached the place, I found my car to be missing. They were using the car to drive around the town. On top of all this, they were asking for full payment even before the delivery of the car. I told them that I will pay after inspecting the car and at the time of delivery.
They say that they are one of the better transporters out there and I'm wondering what other transporters would be like if they are one of the good ones (their words not mine).
