★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searching for a home?? Then without any doubt you can surely plan to stay here because the flats here are good!! Although Ashiana Angan has more fan following and is considered to be a better society but BDI is also good and is giving a tough competition to Ashiana Angan as well!! Here in Bdi the maintenance cost is so much high like around ₹3000/month, which is not fair!! Baaki sab badia hai!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live but the space outside the Society's gate has been converted into a cow shed or something like that where cows roam freely at morning as if it were their home and dung everywhere.

Nothing special although this society was the first society in this area to have 10 story building I would suggest you checking out another society if you would want to buy a house here because there are many problems in the building and the maintenance bill is too much for example this place has caught on Fire like 3 times before, so keep an eye on that and buy some where else the house that would meet your requirements

BDI Sunshine city have ATM facility for arranging finance during emergency..
It have lot of structure for parking cars and bikes...
It also have grocery store.....
Having different shop which are available in market .
Having Airtel broadband shop...
Cyber cafe for online work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with CEO of BDI Grop Mr. Sumit Berri. A big cheater. His Sales Team starts from false assurance and picks the booking. Now not returning Booking Amount 51K. Please be cautious before making any new booking. Take everything in writing.
