★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services......If you value your hard earned money, do not even think about buying there products.
The pumps we bought from them broke down within the warranty period. The customer service officer(engineer) who came to fix the pump after calling several times, declared that the pump has completely failed due to n number of reasons for which we(customers) were responsible and further demanded a handsome amount to fix the same.
After intervention from local engineer and police it was discover that only the switch of the pump had some minor faults which were easily fixed by our local engineer without any hassle or cost.
I repeat... DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS if you are looking for a customer friendly and genuine company.
