★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible experience. Owner asked for all the money without satisfaction of the customer. When asked to do minor finishes the owner got angry and said he can't do anything. Very rude and impolite owner..Suyash Dua. Very disappointed and don't recommend anyone to come here to buy furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't deliver the product for 5-6 months, then didn't refund, the workperson- Lalit is very rude. He said
"paise toh refund nahi honge, aur credit note hi milega, jo karna hai karlo"
Then they sold a table which is available at 2729/- for 3300/- to me inspite of refunding back the money.
Then upon selling the sofa- lalit gave a warranty of 5years, when asked to repair the sponge- he again made some false promises but never delivered on it.
He even said to something- "likhit mai kaha hai, woh ho toh baat karte hai"
DO NOT buy anything from here. The management is rude and unprofessional and they don't ever deliver on the promises that they make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of sales pitch, they will provide you with n number of guarantees like 10 year warranty on the sofa foam, "lifetime* warranty on the sheesham wood etc etc. After you give them advance payment you see their "exemplary customer service", they would not respond to your calls, they will delay the delivery of the products to weeks and months, the product quality wouldn't be as promised. After a while one side of the sofas foam started to sink, when we asked them to deal with the problem they told us "आपके पास लिखित में है की 10 साल की वारंटी है?"
I, with compassion, advise you not to visit this place to spend your hard earned money on their pathetic service and below average furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this place to anyone. We ordered a sofa, 2 puffies, and a table in mid 2021. We got the sofa and puffies extremely late (weeks after placing our order), and that too came after calling them multiple times a week. And when you call them, the sales person would sometimes not pick up our phones or hang up right after rudely saying that the product is not available yet.
And we never even received the table! We asked them what was up and they said that it won't be available and to take something else (like we would after such bad service from them). We asked them for a refund and they told us they would which also got delayed for months! In the end, they would only refund us in store credits, so we bought an
extremely overpriced table instead.
And the worst part is that none of the products were worth it.. we got the sofa and in a matter of weeks, the foam went down and they gave us a warranty on it! We even showed them the foam, yet nothing came out of it. Honestly, the worst service and products and I am hugely disappointed.
