★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our yoga trainer Anand is good but there is one issue with premises like if that batch yoga is in underground hall and number of people is more then you can fill little bit suffocation and admin office is also there so sometimes there are lots of noice also. But yeah if yoga is on top floor then there is no issue. That is the only issue I faced. Even after repeatedly informed about the issue there is no action taken for that. Otherwise I can see lots of change in mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined Be and make Yoga institute during Covid time via online class and have been doing yoga for more than an year now. They have best yoga trainers who understand the needs and guide the yoga asanas. It helped me to strengthen and make myself really flexible as well as have a strong mental health with the meditations. The classes helped me to overcome my backpain due to long sutting hours on work. Would highly recommend the institute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended the Teachers training course and was a life changing experience for me. Being a yoga practitioner for years, I was able to find out a new journey and a new beginning.
All teachers are well experienced.
You can expect the true form of Yoga and not modified and modernised versions of it.
Was a pleasure to be part of this and will still continue to be part of Be and Make academies journey. ?

It was absolute wonderful experience and kudos to all teachers who are always helpful.A very revitalizing experience to mind and body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really blissful joining the teacher training courses. All the teachers bring the session to a lively feeling. It's not only the teaching course for me but it's helping me to resolve most of my personal problem. Could able to see people coming out of there own personal space and saying there thoughs. I'm slowly able to control my mental ability and let going my fear. We also learn self discipline and as well social discipline. Overall, the instructions is full of postive vibes. I can able to understand learning doesn't have its end ☺️.

I have never felt fitter in my life. My 2 children have also started yoga here and they both enjoy it immensely. I have seen how the classes run and Farzin mam and all the teachers are so kind and helpful to all the kids. Each session is different and has something new for them. In 6+ months now, I have not heard anything repeated too often. Mam takes care to give them interesting details and she speaks also so nicely.
Love to watch my kids enjoy with you mam.
