Receptionist call patients as per face value and relatives.
Where patients are waiting for a long time to complete their test where they came at earlier which have no value.
Hence I requesting to this organisation director Mr. Meher to take a serious action against the above issue.
Or
I recommend to refer please look for alternate lab to avoid unnecessary waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge a hefty fees. For ultrasound they charged me ₹800/-. They work on commission basis with doctors. They will ask for doctors name before the test. I will file a case against them in consumer court. These type of diagnostic centres license should be suspended. They are looting innocent public's money, especially the one's who had came from small villages of Odisha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has NO quality service.. My mother got usg whole abdomen done and the report they provided barely had adequate information. Usually in a scan of whole abdomen all the organs in abdomen has to be mentioned separately and clearly. And it was not there. M extremely disappointed.
Sorry, but i would not suggest this center to my near n dear or an acquaintance.
Kindly improov on ur quality of service. . Just having quantity of patients is good for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service if you come early and get ticket for checkup. The staff members doing fraud and making your number to last and taking money from people and sending them first. They are simply saying a wrong ticket number. Do not waste your time in such type of clinic.
