★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent... It was a day i was not able to decide where to go for my Cut and Waxing Somebody Suggested me Crystal Salon and i must say it's worth of every single penny. Beautiful ambiance music and well behaved staff just excellent .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained inexperienced haircutting staff.. very risky.. they cut your hair as per their choice and then dispute your own version of your own previous hairstyle LOL.. especially avoid a dresser name starting with Br..
Also low lighting in the salon.. u figure out what happened after you come out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody should buy membership of this saloon, I took membership of 10K last December from their green fields colony Faridabad branch.. They shut the parlour during covid lockdown and are still not in a position to open it, while all the parlours in the area are already running and providing full services... When I asked for refund of my money, they said I should come down to their sarita vihar branch and avail services... Such a shocking behaviour of the owner is not at all acceptable... Now why would a person travel more than 10 Km to avail their services, when you got to know through their Manager that they don't even use genuine products on your skin... Highly unacceptable.... Shall proceed to consumer court against these people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For cleaning ,facial and waxing it's good(bit expensive though) but for hair services I won't suggest this place.. Recently got my keratin done from this place,like it's been only 3 Weeks and my hair looks so rough and horrible even after using all the GK products they prescribed..Jawed Habib is way better for hair services.And plus they charged 4500 (after discount,initial price is 5500) for keratin and hair looks rough damaged and not shiny silky at all.Ajju was the one who did the keratin.So be wise and decide what's best for you all.
