★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude towards customer. I can understand that some follow no exchange policy..but if customers are genuine then...you should negotiate with then atleast.They say they are professional then why can't they simply keep a complian book?
Also shop certificate is not on a display.
GST number is not mentioned on bill as well as anywhere in the shop.
As per Maharashtra laws and regulations for shops, name of shop should be mentioned in marathi language as well which was not there.
