★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had her hair colored.. She prior ask the hairstylist to do some specific hair style and color.. But the end result its nothing like what she asked for..We dont like her hair..
They took 10hr to do 2 tone color.
Wouldn't recommend the salon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for our 3 year daughter's hair cut. First time it was cool. In her second hair cut, they could not make straight finish on the forehead, we realized it after reaching home. We can back the day after, the person who sits on the front desk asks us to come back tomorrow that too after making sure, over phone, that they are free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived most of my life in south delhi and for my hair cuts I used to visit habibs located in select city walk. I never had to take an appointment and their customer service was excellent. They would treat every customers the same, irrrespective of old or new customers. Greeting the customers and asking what service do they want from the moment any customer would walk in their salon till the service is provided is world class.
Being fairly new to rohini, I visited Beauty box on a friend's recommendation today. Firstly, nobody was at the counter, hence I waited in the lobby as all the attendents were buzy servicing other customers. After waiting for half an hour one of the attendent approached me and asked if I have an appointment, it was my first visit to this place and I had no idea that I was supposed to get an appointment. He made an appointment for me at 2:30 pm, since I didn't have one. I returned home as as their was still time for my slot. Exactly at 2:30 when I arrived at beauty box, this time, there was a lady at the counter who told me to come back on Monday even after informing her that I have an appointment.
What was the point of making an appointment when they can't even provide their service even afte having one.
Their customer service is at root level and they don't care and respect their customers time.
It was a huge disappointment to visit this place twice in one day and return without getting the service.
I had to go to another salon to cut my hair as I couldn't wait till monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i had in sec 15 branch,. There best 25000 rs makeup ( silicon makeup ) is of forever 52 brand.
Now if we talk about dressing they just doing formality while drapping ..
There duptta draping irritate me alot, every minute i just checking my duppta nd make it in proper way,
No never recommended to any bridal

The staff seemed to be more interested in just completing the work in the name of the work rather than actually sending back a client fully satisfied.
Special care was being given to only a few
When one believes to give a standard. Then full performance is also expected.
Only decor is not important
Nor is the equipment
Now comes the cost part that seemed ok keeping in mind that the outlet is using a brand product.
