β β β β β I tried 4-5 shades of foundation and none matched me but the look on the staff's face was that of I am being picky and should buy what they think matches my hand and not my face. The staff is Not trained properly, because they match foundation shade on your hand which is an extremely wrong and outdated practice. Your foundation shade should match your neck.
After swatching 5-6 shades I gave up because they didn't have all the shades, only selected ones in all the different ranges that they had. One of the girls told the saleswoman who was assisting me to help me out and look for shades,..to this the saleswoman said that "sabhi shades toh dikha diye abb aur kaha se lau". As if they had all the shades available, and still I didn't buy. Silly staff.
Also I just happened to turn around the foundation bottle to casually see the shade name so that I understand if it's warm tone or pink tone, and the saleswoman said "shade name kyu dekh rahe ho, bass ye dekho ke match hota hain ya nahi".
At this point, I wanted to slap that woman.
Dude, am i going to buy a shade without understanding if it is the right undertone or not?! The lighting inside the store is so poor that you cannot understand properly which foundation shade matches you.
Plus they don't really have all the shades in a given range.
Also, I wanted Maybelline foundation but unfortunately they don't have any testers for Maybelline products,.they have fresh bottles that you need to buy without testing.
Would never recommend such a place where staff behaves as if they are superior to you. Chill... Products bechte ho counter pe khade hoke.. know your place.

β β β β β Worst experience.. I went for transparent mascara and the staff started searching it.. The owner Pooja was not there. After just 2mins the other staff member who was not even searching it suddenly said... Its not there.. When asked are you sure ? She did an eye gesture to her colleague so I again asked Are you sure, You are not even searching so she again said No its not there... And the other 2 staff member were still searching... The one who said me No, either she did not wanted to do the sale of the product of that brand.
The owner must take care of this and do not keep such indisciplined, disrespectful and Rude staff.
Worst experience.
