VERY VERY BAD service. they are saying service is valid for four months but they just come once and takes your money, don't even give the bill and then stop answering your calls if you call back for service again.
They are confirming on the call that they are coming and then they don't answer your calls. You just keep on waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.. Don't ever go for them.. First tym they will come, do the service nd collect the cash.. they promise 4 months warranty but won't come again.... if you call them again they will say that the personnel will come by tomorrow morning 11am.. then they postpone to 2pm.. again will say another person will come day after tomorrow morning 9am.. again postpone to evening 4pm.. they will make you fool by cooking up stories like unable to come due to medical emergency.. accident.. illness.. (all these stories were told by different personnel ).. you will keep on waiting and the bed bugs will keep growing.. But they won't come and do the service again..

Very knowledgeable rajesh also spent time, although it was very late in the day for him, to chat to my very elderly parents about bed bug life cycles, experiences and tales of his many years in pest control...enthralling and entertaining for us all!
