Conceptualized with the thought of adding a twist to North-India’s favourite food Chhole Bhature, Beeji De Chole Bhature hopes to eventually have a flavour for every type of taste bud out there.
With 5 flavours of chole (this is good stuff) - Classic Chole, Makhni, sweet and chatpate Mitthe Chatkare, hot and spicy garlic chole, you're going to be spoilt for choice. They have 2 types of Bhaturas too- the classic Paneer filling and a rather interesting achaari filling that we can't wait to get our hands on. The bhaturas are also 50% wheat and 50% flour and they're using minimal oil, so this is as healthy-ish as can be.
When not cooking delicious food, the team at Beeji De Chole Bhature work on Dasvandh - a movement to provide food to people in need. They ask the customers to give an extra 10% of their bill amount towards Dasvandh, and also add the same amount from their income. The combined kitty is used every Sunday to distribute fresh food to kids of construction workers. So a hot plate of chole bhature is technically a saviour here- woah!
Also, they open shop at 8 AM. You know what we mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 2nd time i have tried Beeji De Chole Bhature and got disappointed again. The soul taste of chole bhature is missing. and now the salt was bit high in chole. Somehow the chach balanced it which i ordered in combo.
If i compare with other brands, the Bhatura Company is doing really great job with providing almost similar taste of traditional chole bhature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bhaturas are not at all soft amd tasty. They mix Atta in maidan which makes the bhatura taste awful.
Also, the chole are not that good. Would prefer haldirams or nagpals chole bhature any day.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the biggest disappointment on our Chole Bhature Tour. The Chole are below average- either no spice or Chinese spice with the Chilly Garlic which is a terrible experiment. This fusion needs to stop here. People need to stop raving about this gentrified attempt at Chole Bhature. We are better off with Civil Line Wala's classic taste or Om Sweets for the matter. This was really the worst.

The store is very small, so dine-in might not be a great experience. The owner should look at increasing store size since Chole Bhatura garam garam hi ache lgte hai!!

I say i love the taste, It was so delicious they have different type of Choley and bhature you can choose as per your cravings..It is best savoured with the chilli & mustard pickle + fresh onion.. And the Lassi is so refreshing and delicious.. You can go there and have some authentic punjabi flavours and you gonna love it...
