★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a medicine which was unavailable at the moment. They took my no. and said will let me know if they can get it within that day. My dad managed to get the medicine from elsewhere and I agree I should have informed them, but somehow it skipped my mind. The next day the lady in the shop called and shouted at me as if I have done a henious crime. When I said if required, I can buy them as I would anyway need them, she said they can return it within 7 days if the customer doesn't require the medicine, What was the point of shouting at me then? And whatever is the scenario nothing gives her the right to misbehave.
