Pathetic experience with Biryani order on Feb 12. Ordered Biryani through app and it was delivered from Law College outlet. The meat pieces in Gosht biryani were not properly cooked.
Tried to raise issue but there was no way to reach the store (as no phone number mentioned in invoice. Tried to raise issue over the app using the order ID, and no success. They raise it through email - got reply that some reply (from Faaso email ID) that some credit will be given. But no further communication.
The store number on Google search goes to a centralized automated system.
