★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service..First they accept the order and then ask for address if it is far away ,then they cancel the order.I applied coupon code that too got waste because of their irresponsible behaviour.Not accepted such services from this biryani brand.Before accepting any order please do confirm the address so that no such issue take place.Very disappointed by their service.

The biryani was just butter chicken mixed with plain rice.
The pieces were too small to even consider.

Tried contacting them for 30 times and each and every time the call went waiting. When finally was able to connect the representative put me on hold and disconnected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rotten and pathetic people...no sense of customer service....i had placed order no #134140904796 on 27th April at 6.52 pm on Swiggy and the delivery time was 33 minutes....at 7.25 the delivery partner calls and informs me that the item is not available at the restaurant and they are asking me to cancel the order. I asked him to make me talk to the person in charge and some joker who claimed to be the resturant manager came on line...he was very rude and arrogant with no senses of customer handling and had the audacity to disconnect the call. After that I called up Swiggy support and they to connected to the restaurant and got the same response....i wonder how Swiggy can even list such pathetic place on their platform. I expect Swiggy to take immediate action against this restaurant and remove it from their listing .... and i also expect the management of Behrouz Biryani to take this matter seriously and take immediate actionto sensitize their staff in proper customer handling....we certainly don't expect such pathetic behaviour from your personal
