★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very ancient place of lord Shiva located in Cuttack district this place is one of the place where the Shiva linga has come out from the soils and belief is that the place is worshipped by lord ram during his 14 year exile. the major problems here are no public transport and the pandas are very rude in behaviour and money oriented. You have to plan with your own vehicle here especially during Saravana masa and Karthik masa it is more crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful temple usually is cleaned just before three days of Mahashivaratri on ପଙ୍କୋଉଧାର ଏକାଦଶୀ . In Odisha it is mandatory to clean the temple compound ,inner core of the temple(Gambhira) where the Linga is worshiped, along with Padukakunda ( the holy small reservoir ) where the water is stored in that flows during the bathing of Linga everyday through a small underground canal to that secret sump . This ritual is especially done on the Pankaudhara (cleaning of mud )Ekadashi (11th day of waning moon phase ) according to Odiya panchanga.
The permanent concrete structure of Palamandapa with electric ceiling fans and LED bulbs. It is built by temple committee in 2017.But it would be better if it remains as open space. Cultural programmes are organised in this stage by temple committee during Mahashivaratri for five days every year. As Mahashivaratri falls in spring season many people love to sit in open space to enjoy both programmes and nature.
A temporary bridge is usually constructed by locals over the Taladanda canal to facilitate easy communication for devotees for five days to Beleswara Shiva Temple on occasion of Mahashivaratri and following cultural programmes . In recent time hardly few devotee use it but it is very old tradition of this locality.Marriage anniversary of God Beleswar Mahadev and Goddess Parvati was organized for first time inside the temple premises in the year 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beleshwar Temple is one of the major religious places in this area, the main one being Lord Shiva and many other deities are present around the main temple. Beautiful and peaceful and very religious atmosphere.
There is a lot of crowd here during Shiv Ratri, people come from long distance for worship.
