★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad n pathetic lady receptionist... .No manners hw to talk. I went early morning for xray. I understand morng no 1 has change. Bt there is a way to talk n be polite.all patients com bec dey r in pain. So was i. She made me run outside to get change...with no apology.. She bejaved as if she doing free... Lady. .you forgot u sitting in private lab. Not muncilple hospital... As d way u talk and treat patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get confused with the clinic at the front of the building, the entrance is at the back of the building.
Excellent clinic for pathology tests, sonographies and X-rays. Collection center for metropolis. Love the fact that results are sent via email which saves the trip of having to return to collect the same. The staff are excellent at collecting samples. Receptionists are very froenfri and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents had tested positive for COVID-19 & I had booked a home visit for collection of blood sample. Firstly, the lady from the concerned dept has absolutely no etiquettes & spoke very rudely. She also said that blood sample will be collected between 8am-12noon on following day & that we should always be ready as they can come anytime & will not wait at all (this after informing her my parents are aged 75 & 72 years). Blood samples were collected & the lady informed us that report will be EMAILED & also DELIVERED to our address as we are unable to leave our premise. Today on calling them, they asked us to send somebody to collect it (although it’s their duty to inform us once reports are ready). When I sent my security guard to collect it, he got back saying they were shut & will open only 2 days later on Monday as informed by their security as today was a Saturday. It’s very unprofessional & inhuman of the staff to not prioritise such situations & consider such aged patients during such a pandemic. Very sad & I sometimes wonder are these staff members even human or do they even have a heart & feelings or are just there to do their job & not care about anybody.
**** Please consider Suburban Diagnostics or any other pathology lab while booking blood tests but please don’t make the mistake of going through such misery from such unprofessional places which are purely money making centres & have no work ethics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my mom in law for blood test and the pics are evident of the skill set of the staff. We also found "some" of them to be rude. They should be guided to take care of elderly gently.
The only good part is you get X-ray, ECG, 2 D echo reports within 30 mins and blood test by next day.
Note : There are two labs with the same name in the building. My experience and comments are about the lab whose entrance is behind the building
