They stock a collection for gift items but the prices are too steep as they act as a third party vendor, where other craftsman goods are sold here. One could find something more unique with a variety of options in the main Greater Kailash market or even Lajpat Nagar area.
Also, they did not provide a GST sales bill receipt on my purchase or any other receipt for that matter. I am sure they have cctv systems installed to prove otherwise if a sales receipt was shared with me.
A major down side was the pressure tactics used to sold their goods and their "policy" of goods not being returned once sold came as a surprise. No policy of returns was shared or explained at the time of sale. Nor any posters were put up around the shop explaining a 'No return or no exchange' policy.
All good & honest jewellery stores or any other goods stores offer buy back and return of items along with providing a legetimate proof of sale.
When I went to exchange the item (within a period of 6 days) I had bought for something of more value, they were eager to do that but as they did not have what I was particularly looking for, they very adamantly denied to return a mere sum of Rs. 1400. Left the shop with letting them keep their item and letting them keep the money without them making an effort of returning the amount.
Definitely makes the list of places to avoid. =)
