I placed the order for dinner when I had guests at home. They made us wait for 2 hours and then arbitrarily cancelled the order.
Zomato pickup guy also kept waiting outside the restaurant for more than 1 hour.
The staff is so much pathetic and unprofessional - they first lied to me that they have not received any order, when I gave them order number they said it is already delivered.
I am not sure why they should employ people without properly training them on how to execute home deliveries..
This restaurant has fancy name, but customers will not be misled by it for a long time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super stale food received tonight and it just spoiled our Sunday evening.. on complaining, the manager conveniently asked us to have the money refunded through Zomato.. Also, he mentioned that the taste was different as we had asked them not to put the cream on tandoori chicken.. Such a lame excuse.. How could he relate dryness with freshness?? Further, he should know that we asked them not to put cream as we are health conscious and no other restaurant puts Cream on tandoori chocken and makes the food unhealthy..
Ridiculous experience.. We were promoters of Beliram and now we are definitely the detractors.. If this is how they continue treating their regular clients, then they do not deserve to be in the system..
