I was rejected by the receptionist itself. Wanted to enquire about a room and their charges for my pregnant wife and the service rendered at the reception, over the phone was so horrible, I have decided against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service not satisfactory. Nurses, doctors and maushis are not available and if available won't come to the patient even after begging multiple times. The old nursing home is neglected and is not hygienic. Won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst experience in this hospital and would beg everyone to not go there. A lot of doctors with no skill . Badly managed patient care. I lost my mom while she was under their care and till the last day not a soul told us how serious she was. It is a money making hospital where they believe that experimentation on a patient is totally justified. Please don’t go there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Dr lulla ji since 2006 when he had clinic at 16 no. Bldg in Manish nagar. My husband had chest pain was admitted there. Then 2years ago my son had dengue he was treated by Dr Amit shah in Belle vue nursing home.
Now again my husband was admitted here.
Dr lulla has excellent team of Dr's here.

Thanks to the ward boy very nicely clean his wound. Nurses & are staff are very kind, helpfull.Neat clean place, washroom are also neat clean. Thanks to everyone one God bless them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most horrible nursing homes in Mumbai. The nurses and doctors are totally careless about the patients concerns. Despite having admitted my mom here for here toe fracture we had to face lots of difficulty from the staff. They would take half an hour to get the wheelchair to take her to the wash room. Food and tea was never served on time and we had to give several reminders. My footwear has also been stolen and the staff end up laughing
