1. Builder has started building 60 new flats . Which means 150 flats in 2 acres land.
2. Garden : Too small for kids in society
3. Security : There is a local alcohol shop near by. You will see lot of unwanted people standing outside of society
4. Not hygienic, just visit back side of society to see ..big open gutter .
5. Approach road : Good for two wheeler only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society. Security is rude but watch all the in n out. Rent is too high, I don't know why, because there is big drainage nala behind the society. Which smells very bad. Still people staying there. Salute to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are good in extended wing. It is heard that new connectivity from Belleza to Magarpatta road(near PNG Jewellers) is proposed and sanctioned.
If that happens, this will be really beneficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good but sales person ANITA kadam was so rude when I enter to lookout project at Belleza sales office that time Anita mam was busy to waching YouTube drama .When I wanted to talk with her regarding project that time her reaction was.so shocking.she said .you you people come and disturbed me in to waching drama.she was terrible attending person I REQUEST VISHAL GROUP - MR ARVIND PATEL to please look out good sales person .this will definitely hamper on your brand
