★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides structure nothing is good. Solacia ph2 at wagholi is facing tons of problem wrt drinking water. Overflowing drainage lines. As they have no proper drainage lines and they passing STP water to open farmland.
No time bound commitment of construction of drainage line. Frequent pungent smelling is around the society.
No mseb meter even in 3 yrs after possession.
No handover done and builder just wrapped away. They have equally screwed solacia ph1, ph2, kalpak and bungalows. Don't fall in trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is the worst among all the builders. He commit manya things but can't stand on it. Promises are just his words whihc has no meaning in real terms. He never say no to anything and never deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Stars at all.. Solacia phase 1 - D1 & D2. The flat got seepage problem just within 6-7 months from the date of its possession . Now builder counterparts are not ready to do any work , neither releasing any fund so that i can do it on my own. The representative is not ready to take the calls also. This is the condition of the Flats and the after sale services.
