★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not understand on what basis they designed their 2.5 BHK. When the customer is paying more for 2.5 it should have been facing towards amenities. I was about to finalize a 2.5 flat here but when I came to know its not amenity facing I lost my interest in this project.
Builder should be thoughtful in their design to have some 2.5 BHK flats facing amenities too because the customer is paying more for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good and all but you should really consider few points while buying flat here.
Pros: Builder is reputed and have a good projects built already in pune. Project have several towers and great future look and feel. Away from city, near hill side and greenary. Budget friendly.
Cons: Location is really far and near to firing zone in dhanori. There is only one road connectivity available currently via porwal road, you can see the traffic condition on this road if you visit in the evening. The future road which they are saying will directly connect the project with dhanori main road is not yet confirmed. That road is blocked at palladium's project, and palladium builder says it will never be built because of firing zone. Too much politics, no proper connectivity, away from city. Apart from these points, it will take too many years to get this place running. Also the future property appreciation will be very less as compared to projects which are near to IT zones.
Please don't fall for the video and animations.
You can definitely go for it if you're OK with staying away from city near greenary and if you have less daily commute.

Little compromising in storage point of view, but you have the best deal, near to all the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales executives claim that there are two connectivity available one is porwal road which always traffic jammed and the other which connects to the dhanori road nead fish market which is not yet confirmed.
The project is far away from the market and architecture doesn't sound appealing. They have a weird architecture design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phase 2 site construction is in full swing. There is a launch offer from today until next week. The sales staff's hospitality is very nice. Site visit was good & construction is good as well as sunlight & air ventilation is well planned for every flat.
