★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the office of the real estate agent and devoloper. They have another company named as 'Barna Parichay' Baranaparichoy group rebuilt the College Street market. Clock tower of the market is a heritage site.
So at the time of rebuilding the market, which is a property of Kolkata Municipal Corporation, it was decided that the clock tower should be restored and maintained in its original form as it is a heritage site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than horrible. Flat booked in 2007, scheduled for delivery in 2010 + contract clearly mentions penalty if building not ready on time. Now=2017, flat nowhere near ready, no penalty paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat 7 months ago , made the full payment. They have not handed over the flat yet at Sisirkunja, Madhyamgram. Now they are saying the plumber, contractor fled from the site. I suspect this as a trap. I am in big trouble and I am not getting any information from Bengal shelter office. I dont know if I have to wait for ever. This is simply a harassment.
