★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling in the Bengal Tiger Ac Bus of yours from Biharsharif to kolkta espeacially for women passenger without male is not safe , on 12- November - 2019 while travelling from Biharsharif to Kolkata four women and a child was tortured through out the journey by your staff, even though they have valid ticket. They threatened to pull down from the bus in the middle nowhere. They continued torturing till they got Rs. 600. The whole staff in the bus are involved in such kind of racket , If Bengal Tiger Management should inquire about this incident, they especially target ladies without male . Beware while travelling alone especially ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience without informing me my bus left on the counter they told me that the bus will come at stand after sometime when I waited again for 30min I asked them again and now they said it left at 6.30 . Their staff told me that it's all my fault and now throw the old ticket and buy another ticket. Then why the hell do u guys write phone numbers on the ticket.And another thing that the staff behaviour was horrible and rude.
