My interview was scheduled , after clearing that crazy aptitude and even was at the top as I scored good marks, The 1st technical that guy was polite and as I explained everything he asked , he purposely asked me about my interest in technology , and as I was interested in Angular ,I answered the same.
He said that there will be an skype interview with an Angular expert, So what's expected here guys, that an Angular expert will conduct an interview, but after an hour or so,he forwarded my CV to some non IT guy, he must be an HR I guess idk , he asked me one puzzle, which was solved partially by me. And as expected I was expecting Angular questions from him but not a single one.He rejected me just because of that, guys this is not fair , because if I would have failed answering any questions related to Angular and then rejected then that was acceptable but, if one candidate can clear your aptitude and then the 1st technical and you are just rejecting him because the puzzle wasn't solved or attempted as expected, pretty unfair.Also there was one friend whom they selected after that lengthy process and they are just avoiding him by extending the DOJ(Date of Joining).Even you guys who ever will be attending their interview please take care of such people and organisations.
FYI, I'm 1.5 years experience folk so can trust me and my review.
