Service: (Rating - 4.2) Good, served in time and hot 3. Price: (Rating - 4) Quality worth the price We ordered it online, I liked the food quality and taste though I ordered only one thing so I can only talk about it right now. Overall liked the taste and quantity was good enough.

Have tried a lot of there stuff over the years from here...the thupka soup is the best i ever had anywhere...the manchurian was good too, in taste as well as in portion size,then the mixed fried rice was great too and so was the hakka noodles.will upload more of their pictures later on.have tried other branches as well,like the one in pacific mall food court,mall of india food court one,patel nagar one,dhaula kuan one etc etc but never dissapointed :)

A very nice place...recently revamped. Offers decent Chinese and moderate pricing. Dimsums,pan fried noodles,butter pepper noodles are highly recommended.Expect waitings on weekends.

Berco's may be blamed or commended (depending on your taste) for popularising Indian style Chinese food in the NCR. Although they now boast a Thai selection, the Chinese is what they are known for. This three-decade-old restaurant chain has 14 locations across the city and continues to bring its no fuss, reasonably priced ‘chowmein’ style food to plates. Berco's has managed to maintain and strike a balance between experience and price. Although recent entrants like Mainland China have challenged its hold on the Delhi diner, the restaurant still remains popular with office goers in the buzzing Rajouri area during lunchtime and with families for dinner. Not much has changed at Berco's and arguably that is a good thing

This review is not a positive review at all after my personal experience along with family on a Saturday evening. However since I have given two stars let me tell you the positive side first. What ever they served that evening was freshly cooked and tasty. There's no doubt about the freshness and taste of the meal. Otherwise the service is pathetic. I repeat pathetic. I reached the place by around 2100 h. There were two other tables which had occupants. I wanted to order Thai dishes, since I decided to visit the place after searching Google for Thai restaurants. I was told that Thai starters/ appetizers is not available for the day (remember its Saturday evening and they are supposed to serve good Thai menu). So we had to settle for dry shredded chicken. After browsing the menu for main course the waiter agreed for a Thai sizzler and Red Thai curry with chicken and noodles. My order was promptly taken. We waited for good 40 mins and by the time all the tables were occupied. There were only two waiters for the entire restaurant (on a Saturday evening). So at the end of 40 mins one of the boys comes over and started serving what he said was Red Thai curry with noodles. I never had seen such red Thai earlier (pics attached). When I enquired for starters, I was told it's coming..... Wow.... starters/ appetizers after I finish my main course...... I went to the kitchen door and request one of the boys to let me speak to the manager. It never happened. Because the manager never turned up. Then came the sizzler which was good... very good. I cancelled my order for starters as we already started eating. No one ever came to serve the meal. It was just kept on the table and the boy literally ran away (the restaurant was full). We quickly finish the meal and went over to the billing clerk to pay and leave, not daring to ask for a dessert. Again I requested the billing clerk to let me speak to the manager. I waited for good 15 minutes. However no one came. All the while the billing clerk kept apologising and offered me 15% discount which I accepted. The clerk told me that they had a lot of requests for home deliveries and so was delayed in serving and also short of manpower. He requested me to come back again some day when they are free and also said he is not charging service tax from me.......Lol. It's a personal experience. While eating out in any place the first thing you expect is good service and a fulfilling experience. In my case it was zero out a of a scale of ten. Andwill never suggest any one to visit unless you want to spoil your evening out with family.

Not great....food was ok.....the watermelon crusher which should have really been fresh was just a bad syrupy drink..... expected too much...cause bercos was a childhood memory

The food at Bercos is yummy. I would recommend if u love chinese food and want it at affordable price do try Bercos. The staff was also very good and nice.
