★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have forgotten their own original reciepe. This place is shame on the taste and brand value of Bercos in all respect. During pandemic they were serving Pind Balluchi along with Bercos items and were serving nonsense. Now they have gone back to original model however they have still a long way to go before they start serving restaurent quality food at par with their original taste.Service is even worst. During my last visit, they even forget to serve drinks while you see people chit chatting on drink counter as they are in some park. We had to raise our voice to be served. If you can drive, choose Bercos in sector 22 who serve way better quality food which is good in taste and great from service perspective as well. Or go to any average chinese food outlet or van, you will get similar or better food at quarter of their price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be the best place to have indo Chinese in Ghaziabad. We tried hot and sour soup, corn with pepper, chicken & veg spring rolls and phad thai. Out of all these corn with pepper was amazing rest all were ok. Phad thai was too sweet and best avoided.

Horrible experience of food order. We ordered veg food and they sent non veg items. No one is ready to accept responsibility for this lapse.
If you are a vegetarian then never have food here. You wouldn't know what they put in your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patron of this legacy chain called Bercos. The Indirpuram location has been always close to my hear and home. However, over the years, I have seen it's quality go down. The food, the presentation, from utensil to taste it doesn't feel and taste good anymore. I would stop going here, now on. The mats were dirty, the cutlery unclean and more importantly very casual service which doesn't suit the theme of a dine in restraurant.

Service was very slow and even got wrong order
- Ordered for chicken dimsum but got vegetarian dimsum which got changed later but chicken dimsum was not cooked well so had to return..picture attached
- Fruit beer was flat but later got changed when complained
- Manchow soup and hakka noodles was good

I never like giving 3 rating but forced to give.
Ajit the restaurant manager tried expediting our main course and got it in 15 minutes.
I don't like him giving me explanation on chicken dimsums that it is human error as sometimes chicken inside dimsums are left uncooked. Not expected
Staff was polite and professional.
