★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give them "0" stars. Very poor experience. I had high hopes from this clinic looking at videos of Dr. Anupriya. I don't want to mention the name of the staff who helped me get a booking done. I had to get my under eyes treated. They told me a 1ml filler would do the job at RS 20000/- and I agreed and booked the appointment. 3 days after getting the treatment done their staff started calling me informing that the Doctor injected me with 2ML instead of 1ml as agreed and hence they want me to pay another 20000/- to which I politely declined because this was not my fault. Even if they realize later on that I would need 2ML, they should have taken my consent before injecting me with 2ml and then asking money. They started harassing me with multiple calls throughout the day asking for money. I had to ask them for a follow up on my under eye because I saw no result of the treatment.
Pathetic customer service and minting money out of customer's pocket.
