★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with berkowits have been very disappointing. I went for their faridabad branch for Hair transplant and was promised alot of things (which was a lie) and I got into this trap. The desired look which i was promised was no where to be matched. Transplanted hair started shedding within a year. The representative of berkowits (the sales team) stopped picking my calls. I went to their kailash colony branch to meet their seniors but never got any appropriate/ satisfactory response. All in all, i got cheated by Berkowits. And more than money, i invested my time and emotions and that all went in vain.

I never get a reply on time whenever I ask to book an appointment.
Earlier I took services from kaya it's far far better from Berkowitz in terms of customer service, I'm switching to them again.
