A strict NO NO!!!! I had my first and last visit to this clinic name "Twacha" operated by Dr JYOTSANA reflecting their business name under "Best and Affordable laser hair treatment" just to get business and more people attracted by the eye catching keyword. Like everyone, I searched for a laser treatment clinic near me on google and found this one under the name "Best and affordable laser hair removal", On call, Dr Jyotsana told me that she uses a new advanced machine which no other doctor uses and that it costed her for 55 lac and has amazing results. I was impressed and decided to give it a chance. l went for my first sitting by paying Rs 5000 for my face laser on Friday, the 17th July'20 and was quite impressed the way she was sharing information about her painless treatment with new technology. I have taken 7 sittings from Dr Romella before and have always experienced some heat and pain with amazing results but since her clinic is closed due to Covid-19 so I couldn't visit her. However in my treatment from Dr Jyotsana, I got razor applied on my entire face and then a roller was put across it. I DID NOT experience heat neither the pain and hence I believed as she told me that she does have advanced technology of painless treatment. I was impressed and also asked the cost of entire body laser package. I told Jyotsana that in my past sittings I have always got red skin and experienced heat on my face but it was not the case then, to which she responded that everyone else has an OLD MACHINE which gives NO/late results. My machine is expensive and you'd only need 4-5 sitting. I again got impressed and decided that I would definitely like to continue treatment from her. After my laser, she told me that I will get some hair in next 4-5 days but those will be easily removable from nails or plucker. I agreed on that as those are dead hairs which comes every time and get removed easily. She also tried to up sell her weight loss treatment for 22.5k and I almost decided to opt that as well. She mentioned if I opt for her weight loss package, she will provide me one neck laser sitting for FREE (Didn't realise it was just another way to fool) Everything was going great and I was really impressed but 3 days after my laser, I started getting small small hair across my cheeks, neck and under the chin. I asked her about it on WhatsApp, to which she mentioned, "let the length come, cover with mask" I was shocked, so as to why would the hair start coming on 3rd day of the laser?? On 4th day, I tried pulling some hair with my nails as advised by her but nothing worked out. I tried using plucker but the hair was so hard as if no machine was applied to it and it appeared exactly like after someone shave their face with a razor. I got shocked and reached out to Jyotsana today, on my 5th day of laser sitting, to what she responded "you will need 3-4 continuous sittings after every 21 days!!! Rubbish! really disgusting. How can someone start getting growth after 4th day of their laser treatment? Upon questioning, she started giving excuses.. "your skin was damaged badly" /we can't help you/ I don't know what you know about laser treatment/ our machine doesn't cause miracles/ you should contact your previous consultant etc etc... raising hands from all the responsibility as a Doctor. I wonder if any doctor does that or the claims that every second person has started a business of fooling people to just get money out of them in the name of laser hold true. Really disappointed.. wont recommend ANYONE!! Wish there was a negative star on google, I would have definitely given that. May God bless and save people from money making businesses. DO NOT VISIT. I now understand all the 5-star reviews are ALL PAID reviews from their friends or family and not from the actual customers. I am attaching screenshots of my chat with her for reference.
