My sugar readings were getting out of control and despite being conscious about what I am eating, I was not able to get those readings down. Dr. Vivek suggested me what is right for my body type and now my readings are in control. There was a stage when I almost gave up but he was really positive and in all my video consultations, she constantly told me that I will be healthier and my readings are going to be fine soon.
