Extremely Dirty and messy place

Rooms are very congested.Like 3 people in a small room without proper ventilation.Per bed rent (1.5K, may varries )
Toilets are in poor condition to use .
Owner's Behaviour is Good, they are welcoming and friendly
Lighting condition is also very poor
