I will tell you the whole truth of my experience with yaxis
Its not good at all
When i contacted them for the first time they were all about sir this is the best consultancy in India and blah blah.. And they convinced me to pay asap because of some ongoing discount offer...
After paying for the first few days they gave me some information that too was not satisfactory.. But later because of my personal reason i had to cancel/postpone my plan to go abroad
And i asked for the refund which i was tild in the beginign that in case if u back out later on will be given according to the situation may be not full amount but that will be discussed later..
When i asked for refund , I was adviced to put it on hold and if later in sometime if i change my mind i can continue with the same..
But now i am sure that i want refund they didnt answer emails
Didnot pick my calls
And i posted a review here and i was contacted within hours and i was requested to edit that comment and they kept calling every 30 mins to ask the status..
And as i edited it they stopped repying me again...
Biggest frauds
I dont have words to explain how big of a fake consulatency is this...
I hope this review will help you decide
Please dont waste your hard earned miney to these useless people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing experience while giving me my evaluation report. They don't seem to be expert at all. I think I wasted INR 2450 in getting my assessment done with them. On top of that the way counsellors talk to you is unacceptable and annoying. Don't know how would they react if we would have taken their services....I won't give you guys even 1 on 5 if I had the choice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience ever we had with y-axis because of which our PR got rejected.
1. Y axis team sitting in Hyderabad i.e, the consultants pawan kumar duggu as well as pradeep Kumar were always in sleeping mode. No updates and no calls in regards to processing of the applications.everytime you have to wake them up by giving regular alarms which were of no use since they took everything till last moment by the time the submission date use to get closed.
2. These worst consultants were keep sending predefined outdated monthly status report without even checking the actual status from the Australian immigration website.
3. They will just send you worst samples of the career episodes having lots of similarities in all the 3 projects. This resulting in your career episodes getting rejected because the so called great consultants never even bothered to check nor guide you with the career episodes which you submit to process further.
We suggest that never ever approach the money eaters called y-axis because they will only send you a link for applying PR, will take all the money and will sleep forever without even bothering to get back to you.
Money value for their service is just zero. Will rate them zero for all the worst services they provided us. Guys..if you want to dream about getting PR through y-axis then you have to work alone without any dependency on y-axis.

Reply to y-axis - Please connect with you branch manager and if he does not recollect then this is bad news for you guys, as he is hiding information from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend to go with Y-Axis consultant. Worst experience it was. I am posting review because they are not paying intervention on my issue.
After making fake expectations and promises from Ankita Chanda (Consultant@ first interaction) , they are just money catcher people.
The very first step and most important is to get your IELTS record from british counsile, and without this document you are never eligible to process PR, but without even having that document they process your application and takes all consultant fee.
*What if you are not able to clear that exam? Cool, all your money will go waste.*
About ECA report (A step of process), In this process you need a transcript docs from your college/university. Y-Axis would suggest you to get this docs by paying 22k RS. LOLz. But you can get this docs from college/university website easily by paying some 300-400 rs which a university fee. Then why for 22000RS????
Y-Axis will charge you in each process, providing blah-blah services which all are fake.
Taking another example, if in between you are not able to process OR some family issue/misshapen, and you want to quite this process then they are not going to refund a single bucks of yours at any ground. Firm will start ignoring your calls and emails. response a months delay from there.
Event though, If you really want to start application, I would suggest to start application by your self only. there are lots of YT-videos and quora discussion to make it possible. Don't go with Y-Axis ever by paying lacks.

I would like to share my experience with Y-axis services.
They do a great job scamming people for buying their services by making fake promises and then abandoning you.
In march 2020 Y-axis consultant made me buy y-jobs service by saying that my profile is not eligible for studying abroad so i should get a job from y-jobs portal and buying their premium service.
I had a little suspicion because despite me being a fresher and no prior experience in traveling/studying/working outside India, how can i get a job. For which my they told me that it's not a problem because Y-axis will forward your profile to best suitable organizations and help you getting the job offer.
It's been more than 6 months and not even a single message regarding any job is received on my end. Despite shortlisting 100s of jobs the outcome is 0.
For which i tried to contact Yaxis to know whether i am doing anything wrong or is there any problem, but i haven't been connected with my counselor or anyone who can help me with this.
Few days back i got to know that my counselor has left the job. Her LinkedIn profile says something else.
Also none of my mail is being reverted or my calls are being answered now.
I have call recordings, emails and payment invoice for buying this service.
Should I take legal action against Y-axis?
