★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there in july 2020 for my laptop... They told me that my laptop has motherboard issue and the keyboard has been damaged.... So i paid them 3000 rs total i.e, 1500 for keyboard and 1500 for motherboard issue... Then at that time i gave them 5 star but unfortunately my windows was not working properly after their services but still managed to use my laptop... But now when i upgraded my SSD with my known technician he showed me that there was no issue with the motherboard and they just charged 1500 extra for that... And he told me that the price of keyboard is only 1000 Rs. But they charged 1500 for it.... So they total charged 2000 rs extra from me... However all the reviews are paid. I will never visit such fraudulent shops.. Will suggest others to get their laptop repaired in front of them... Otherwise they will make you to visit them by removing any part or by damaging your laptop.

3000 for a Kingston/WD 240GB SSD which is available for 2450 online. If you tell him this, then he'll say that online products don't come with warranty which is absolute trash.
Even for simple repairs he'll overcharge saying this is broken, this is broken but in reality it was a simple fix.
Charges 600 rupees for just OS installation on SSD which doesn't even require 3 minutes of effort of the technician. Mind you the caddy cost of 200 is separate.
Doesn't follow-up with his commitments once you leave the store and made the payments.
I would say go with other stores on the same floor. For example, there is a store on the same floor with a female owner who charges appropriately.
I have learnt my lesson and will not visit this place again. Bunch of scamsters!

Mr Jitender Singh Prajapati, partner of the firm, is very polite courteous and well behaved. He has done my work with in 10 minutes and charges are very reasonable. i appreciate their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 25Jan2022 I visited this shop (around 11 am) to fix some issue of my Dell Inspiron 5558 Laptop, there I told attending person (Surya/Suraj) about issue in my laptop (Continuous beep sound) & also told him that Laptop hard disc & Screen are working fine. Then he powered on my laptop and told me that Hard disk is not working, I asked him again are you sure, he told me that I’m too much sure & asked me to allow him to change it with new Hard Drive (Rupees 4200). I said Ok do it. After installing the new hard drive, same problem (continuous beep sound) was still there, then he asked his Engineer (Raja, who sits behind the glass) to fix the problem, after around 2 hours, Engineer told to attending person that Graphics card (2GB Nvidia) is making a problem, Rupees 2200 (Recommended) will be charged to remove it & 1000 to Fixed it, I told him remove it. Engineer tried again but same problem is there, then a Sr. Engineer (Narsee Singh) came in the picture & checked Laptop & told me to move around in Market & give us your mobile no., we have to arrange some item for your laptop, I then left from there & come back around 4pm, then they told me that screen of your laptop is not working (Which was working till morning), need to change (Dell 15.6”, Rupees 4500), I said ok change it. I also request the Engineer (Raja) to check my Old Hard disk, He checked & found Ok, then he fix my old hard disk in my laptop & before installation of Window, HE HAVE FORMAT MY HARD DRIVE WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR EVEN TAKE ITS BACKUP, even I have important data in my Hard Drive. Later I asked him what you have done with Graphics Card, He said, nothing we just Bypass it. & they also told me that they have to some programming of motherboard (which is not done actually) & about item which they supposed to bring from market for my laptop does not brought actually. After finishing their whole day selling works, they give me my laptop around 7 pm & charged me Rupee 1800 in addition of Rupees 4500. May be somebody had good experience with this shop, but my experience in Problem fixing of Laptop was too bad, they don’t care about Hard drive data & all just looks for higher charges, So I don’t want to recommend this shop to anyone.
