MEEA Procedure
The approach uses the nose and sinuses as natural corridors to access tumors and lesions in critical areas at the base of the skull or top of the spine (cervical). The procedure is performed using a specially designed endoscope that provides light and a lens for viewing and transmitting internal images. The surgeon enters the skull base through nose. The tumor is removed using highly crafted instruments, high-definition optics and an endoscope. Finally, the skull base is reconstructed to seal off the brain from the nose.

I can say that Dr. Manish is Angel on this earth & God has sent him to help & save life of people.
Such a decent, polite & great heart perosnality, people get great satisfaction after consulting him. He treat patient like his children/parents/family.
He has changed the perceptions about doctors that these days doctors are behind the money.....he has proved that money comes second. life, emotion, feelings matter most.
Really, I can definately say I have never met such a great human being. I wish him & pray to god that he will achieve great sucess & fulfill all his wishes/desire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mainsh Vaish is one amazing doctor and one of the best Neurosurgeon. I visited the hospital for my mom's disc issue and he explained the diagnosis very clearly and patiently while making sure I understood the problem. My mom was totally bed ridden and couldn't even move an inch. Dr. Vaish explained all about the surgery and when my mom was worried, he even offered to have my mom talk to his old patients to feel confident. He's a very courteous and friendly natured person and he care highly of his patients. My mom can now walk on her own and its very hard to believe that before the surgery it was not even possible for her to even turn on the bed. We are highly grateful to Dr. Vaish for operating on my mom and giving her a chance to have a comfortable lifestyle. I highly recommend him to everyone as he is one of the best!

One of the doctor suggested me about this doctor as the best doctor for this surgery. With in week we got connected to him through his assistant and his words were like half treatment to my father. After surgery, my father is very much fine now, all thanks to doctor. Dr. Vaish's way of talking and dealing with his patients is best. I really recommend to go for Dr. Vaish. Once operation is done you are on your own.. Pls go to someone who will care about your family member.

I could not have imagined a better treatment and overall healthcare experience that I had with Dr. Vaish at Max Super Specialty Hospital, Vaishali, Ghaziabad (November-2021). Dr. Vaish was so respectful to my father’s age and during all the visits he always spoke to him like he would speak to his own elder brother/father. This is his best quality.
My father had been bending forward due to compressed vertebrae. Dr. Vaish suggested we do the Kyphoplasty procedure for his severely collapsed vertebrae. We went ahead with this honest recommendation as Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure to treat compressed/collapsed vertebrae. He gave us sufficient time and explained the problem and the procedure required to correct the problem with all the details and patiently answered all our questions. Also, since my father already had an MRI of his backbone, he did not ask us to get another MRI from Max Hospital. He used the same MRI. He was also reachable on WhatsApp all the time and responded to my messages/questions promptly. On the day of the procedure, he came to our room in the morning and informed us about the plan. As the procedure finished, he came out of the OT and told me about the post-procedure result like how it went, what are the remaining formalities and when my father could be discharged. Another good thing was he recommended that the procedure be done under local anesthesia. Dr. Vaish’s secretary Ms. Sunita helped us immensely, from getting an appointment with Dr. Vaish for the procedure, to getting a room at the hospital to admit my father (we needed a room as we are not based in NCR). She responded to my messages promptly. The room we took at Max Hospital was clean. Nurses/staff at Max Hospital were also very professional and gladly responded to all our queries. All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend Dr. Vaish to everybody who is looking not only for a good Neurosurgeon but a good person as well.
