★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are expecting a good stay in vizag then Room4U is not a good choice as the owner provides all false information about the properties. Don't not trust him by looking at the property photos. Take a decision on the stay only after visiting the property. Also make sure that you have a clear conversation about the rent and the extra charges as the owner never reveal about the other charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am there for 2 months and its horrible ????. . Owner Jagan Mohan is a bluff master. He always say all the eminities are present in the room but not the basics will be available. There are lot of Cons here I provide in detial
Cons:
1. Owner continously disturb you and ask to promote his accomdation. He never maintain your privacy he comes to room even at mid night and disturb your sleep. He gives your phone number to unknown persons without your permission.
2. He will send unknown persons for 2 or 3 days stay and you have to pay the excess water Bill and Power bill of the persona at the month end.
3. When we are opting for this place he said the room has all the eminities Fridge, Washing Machine, AC, Kitchen Gas, Utensils, Wifi, RO purifier.
But we haven’t got any of them from the day 1. Purifier kept after 1 month. Washing machine is repaired after 20 days. Gas stove was not present, no utensils are provided. Wifi is not there for 40 days then he kept one.
He will charge for everything even the eminities are not provided. He will say maid will be there but your room will not be cleaned but he will charge for maid as well.
My most horrible experience is I joined on 1st of month and we got Power Bill on 10th and Bill is about 2k and when we asked about this owenr said the room is vacant from past 20 days and we should pay the complete Bill amount.
Dont believe in fake reviews. The reveiws are completelt fake and images shown are also fake. I am uploading the real images.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host is a amazing person and very co operating. The place is just opposite of RK beach on the main road. It's a nice place. Felt like home. Station is 15mins away from this place. All the food joints and restaurants are nearby. Overall nice stay.
