Customer care don't have store no and nor their manager. No update on ticket locked for days and if you followup on your own they will say that ticket might not raised due to issue and ask you to wait for another 48 hrs. Pathetic service with customer care and you might feel exhausted following up with them and no one listens to you. Worst Service in rural India to cheat on Commoners.
