Now the chair back support is completely broken and the chair is worthless. Horrible quality and horrible experience dealing with them. Invoice no. ADK/WB/20-21/021.

It got delivered in Pune within a week via Delhivery Courier. Packaging was fantastic. Wooden cage around box was unexpected. We did set up at our own. Chair is excellent. Comfort is out of the world. Highly recommended.
