★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently travelled Europe with Best tours and the experience was horrible. The tour wasn't managed properly, the tour manager didn't have any knowledge of the places we visited and worst of all was that the service levels were horrible. Nobody from the company was replying to the text messages even after multiple messages. The photo below shows us walking about 500 meters to our hotel with our luggage after a tiring day just because the tour manager couldn't plan properly and park the bus near to the hotel. Horrible service offered to us at the Indian restaurants because the tour manager couldn't manage the timings properly. 2 days we were served packed meal which was definitely not part of the deal.
Package: Wonders of Europe
Suggestion: Don't travel from a company that can't even reply to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience in Himachal tour. Everything was well managed. No cause of any grievance. Hotels, vehicles provided as committed. Our booking experience was also satisfactory. Office staff is very courteous and very much cooperative.
During the tour, time schedule was well adhered to. Every small care was taken by the tour manager Mr Jiva. Tour Manager Mr jiva was very cooperative and caring. We extend our sincere regards to Mr.Karanbhai and cooperative , office staff is also co-operative
