★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area is big, check in and check out is easy and comfortable. There is a lot of games to play there. But the bathroom can be improved the size is quiet small. The breakfast was nice but the dinner was very okayish. I choosed alacart instead of buffet in dinner i think you should also do that. Buffet us quiet expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are visiting this place only to enjoy amenities for your kid, ensure you do not book a resort garden room. it's not within their premises but feels like a farmhouse has been hired to meet the space crunch in the original property. it doesn't have a toy train or any weekend activity like horse and camel ride, hoopla, etc. Rooms are average, breakfast is average, but if our food is not part of ur package, a simple chicken tikka will cost u 750 rupees. My dinner of dal makhni and three Nans cost me 1000 rupees (no beverages included). This wasn't my first visit but the experience I had was the worst. After 2 hours of hassle finally, they approved my request to give a room within premises, so yeah I checked in at 4. When reached the reception and asked if they r making a room available on the main property vs my booking of resort room, at least confirm and say yes or no since it's been 2 hours now or we cancel and leave, the gentleman at reception says it's ok if u want to. they kept me waiting just to confirm if they r doing so. so yeah bahaut ehsaan karke room Diya, the one situated at the other end, no shuttle provided, walk with ur stuff n kid since u got an exception made. Anyway, no value for money, no customer service. would never visit again and would not recommend to others.

1) Lots of activities available (badminton, tennis, cricket, live session etc)
2) swimming pool (well maintained)
3) playground for kids.
4) few animal rides etc
5) good food
6) well maintained garden
7) supportive staff
Improvements :
1) More convenient check in / check out
2) Maintenance of the free activities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited here for a day. One fantastic thing about it was the staff, each and every person was soo courteous and welcoming. But a big turn off was the food, I really had a tough time. Other wise, it's a great place to enjoy with family. There were activities like horse-camel riding, swings, electric train, cricket ground etc which were included in cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquility at its best. The resort features many games and excellent places for leisure. We went for a training program and the conference rooms were also very decent. The food quality might vary by the time of the day but the overall experience of the resort was a beaut. Plus, the staff was extremely cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for two days for a wedding. Beautiful resort. Well maintained. Just the approach is somehow off-road, however that's a charm in itself. Full of little beautiful birds, peacocks, parrots and more.

We couple and our kid of 5 years old enjoyed all activities, healthy food and excellent hospitality here on 29 & 30 Jan 2022. Definitely come here again with other relatives and recommend Best Western Resort Country Club to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second stay in this resort. Best Western is no doubt better than other resorts. They have lots of kids activities, humble staff, good space, cleanliness campare to other resorts. Their breakfast is awesome. The only point of dissatisfaction is their food menu. They don't have varieties in the menu not even some common one. I am still giving the resort 5 star as this is still the best one.
