Bestjobs is an 'all ladies organization" started by my mother and now since she is very old, I am looking after the day to day functioning of Bestjobs. I am holding three Engineering degrees and a M.Tech from IIT Delhi. I have also completed my MBA from India's most reputed institution. I have four other businesses mainly of export of spiritual products where we are No.1 in the world. I have served in Indian defence forces for some time and have attended two wars namely IPKF operation Pawan and Kargil War which is operation Prakaram. I have been awarded Videsh Seva Medal by the President of India and I have received several medals from my service. My mother is a social worker and waqs extremely sad after seeing that the girl child in end nineties were being killed and aborted in the womb of the mother. She decided that she must do something for these girls and they should be made somehow independent.
Post my retirement, just to fulfill my mother's dream I helped my mother to live her own dream and consequently the Bestjobs was started 25 years back so that the girls could join this organization learn the techniques of recruitment and become best recruiters in India. From a small set of 8 girls now Bestjobs has grown to 342 girls PAN India with offices at all the major cities. Bestjobs has been awarded best consultant award by Reliance Retail Ltd., Reliance JIO (for three years consecutively), L& T (from all their 10 Divisions), G4S Security, Hexagon Global, Gammon India and many other companies. This is a rare achievement of Bestjobs. Today Bestjobs is empaneled with more than 2000 listed companies and placed more than 87000 candidates in various companies.

They are unprofessional and lack proper HR policies inspite of them being an HR Consultancy firm.MD Mr. Rajeev Singhal is a liar and manipulative person. He tries to create politics among employees and all the employees at his company are working in fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at this firm as HR Recruiter. And my advice to anyone seeking job there is please do not work there. The employer Mr. Rajeev Singhal lies in the interview. What you will be told in the interview is very different from what happens in the firm while working. He is very manipulative and tries to create politics among employees.
Also if you get call from them regarding job offer don’t accept the call its all a scam.

I was working there for more than 5 months and would be grateful to share my experience with you all... as I couldn’t survive there for more than 5 months you can assume how pathetic consultancy this is! And the employer who just hype his degrees and awards on review section is a man with ego and has no brain, doesn’t know how to speak to girl ! Never join this consultancy.they have no other clients other than hexagon and reliance ! Better go for free internship than working here ..
